The Pelletier Group of companies is looking for customer-focused Automotive Service person with strong customer service skills and a track record of managing customer concerns, coordinating repairs, and delivering explicit communication. Skilled at balancing customer satisfaction with shop efficiency and revenue goals. You will be working in our Mechanical, Tire and Glass divisions.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, assess vehicle issues, and document concerns clearly. Process payments, invoices, and maintain service records Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels Compensation: Benifit package and RRSP contribution Salary range $40,000 to $50,000 per year dependant on experiance.
