AutoMind Squamish is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time.

We are a manufacturer-certified collision repair facility for Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, and more, serving the Squamish community with skilled collision repair and customer service.

Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wage: $22–$23 per hour, based on experience. Compensation will be reviewed and may be adjusted upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their repair needs

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups

• Provide customers with repair updates

• Assist with ICBC claims, documentation, and paperwork

• Coordinate with estimators, technicians,



rental companies, and insurance partners

• Maintain customer and repair files

• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Friendly, professional, and dependable

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Comfortable working with computers and office systems

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

• Automotive or collision repair experience is an asset, but not required

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
