Advertek is expanding to Burlington and is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

Working closely with our Sales Representatives, you'll coordinate projects from order entry through production and final delivery. As the communication hub between Sales and our production departments, you'll ensure every project is processed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and completed on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Sales Representatives to coordinate customer projects throughout the production process.
- Process customer orders received from the Sales team and ensure all job information is accurate and complete.
- Review customer specifications, artwork requirements, and production details prior to manufacturing.
- Create and maintain accurate job tickets and production instructions within the company's MIS/ERP system.
- Coordinate production schedules with Prepress, Offset, Digital, Wide Format, Bindery, Purchasing, Finishing, and Shipping departments.
- Monitor job progress and communicate production status, scheduling updates, and delivery information to the Sales Representative.
- Coordinate outsourced products and vendor services when required.
- Assist with resolving production issues and schedule changes to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate customer, job, and production records.
- Support the Sales team by ensuring projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and to Advertek's quality standards.

Qualifications





- Previous Customer Service or Account Management experience in the commercial printing industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Pace, EFI, or other print MIS/ERP software is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of commercial print production, digital printing, offset printing, wide format, bindery, and finishing processes is an asset.
