Our sales team is committed to providing solutions to an always-changing electrical industry, as well as reliable technical support and customer service to all our clients.

We are currently looking to hire an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative who would be attending to customer inquiries, processing purchase orders, managing inventories, and quotations. In addition, provide sales support to the outside account managers.

The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact between the manufacturer and distributors and must be organized, energetic, adaptable, and hard-working.

Skills & Experience

- 2-5 years’ experience in Microsoft 365

- Proficiency in data entry
- Excellent assessment of situations, ability to problem-solve and execute resolution.




- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience with EDI software for order processing
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Job Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound/outgoing phone calls in a qualified manor
- Process purchase orders and inquiries via email, EDI or phone
- Expedite orders and back orders

- Process returns and credits
- Provide sales support to the outside sales team
- Back-up coworkers when required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Ability to evaluate, cross, and assess a bill of material in order to provide quotations.
- Attend supporting manufacturer product training sessions.
- Stay current on product knowledge and processes
- Support sales staff with inquiries/vacation coverage when needed.
