TOTO CAFE® is looking for a friendly, energetic and team-focused Customer Service & POS Assistant.
What you’ll do
Welcome and take care of our guests Operate the Clover POS system and process orders Help customers with questions and menu selections Support the barista, kitchen and service team whenever needed Help keep the café clean, organized and running smoothly Jump in wherever the team needs help Bring positive energy and genuine hospitality every shift
We’re looking for someone who: Loves working with people, Is comfortable with technology and POS systems Has robust customer service skills Works quickly and stays organized Is a true team player — “That’s not my job” isn’t part of our culture Previous Clover POS or hospitality experience is an asset
