Overview

Pay Band Psychologist - PhD. Pay range: $66,185 to $80,744 (5-step range). Full‑time, permanent position located in Saskatoon. The position is within the Mental Health Community Clinics & Programs – Specialized Youth Programs, and will work under the direction of the Coordinator of the Young Offender program.

Responsibilities

- Provide assessment, treatment and consultation services to young offenders who engage in aggressive/violent behaviours.
- Seek to develop creative responses to the young offender's needs and issues.
- Work in conjunction with other young offender staff and agencies to develop evidence‑based inter‑agency services for identified youth and their families.
- Participate in program development and evaluation, student supervision, and collaborate with staff on the young offender program from other departments within Saskatoon Health Region.

- PhD in Clinical Psychology

Licenses

- Registered Psychologist (RPsych)

Employment Terms

Full‑time, permanent. Expected start date: To be determined, posted until filled. Hours: Shifts of 224 hours per 6 weeks. Salary: Pay Band Psychologist – PhD $66,185 to $80,744.
