So, what will you be doing as a Manufacturing Engineer?Process Design & OptimizationDevelop and improve manufacturing processes to reduce cycle times and cost while maximizing efficiency and quality.Design, improve, and implement tools, jigs, and fixtures to support production.Evaluate, select, and specify appropriate machinery and technologies.Troubleshoot and improve equipment to increase quality and reduce cycle times and cost.Generate and maintain detailed documentation of PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Work Instructions, Control Plans, and Feasibility Studies.Safety and Quality AssuranceChampion a safety-first approach maintaining a zero-accident culture.Ensure and monitor work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Implement corrective actions to address defects or inefficiencies.Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.Champion initiatives for process improvement, automation, and innovation.Collaboration and SupportApply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.Provide technical support to production.To be successful in this role, you’ll need:- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of work experience in manufacturing, automotive field preferred.- Proficient in CAD software (e.G., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for parts and tooling design.- Experience in machinery troubleshooting and improvement with increasing quality and reducing cycle times and cost.- Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic power systems design.- Experience in stress analysis, kinematics design, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance calculations.- Strong understanding lean manufacturing methodologies.- Knowledge of automation systems, robotics,
