Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical and cognitive functional assessments
• Create and monitor work simulation programs
• Partner with stakeholders for return-to-work plans

Requirements:
• 12 months of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in OT
