Position: AI Trainer - Customer Success Managers

Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment (9 Weeks)

Compensation: $7 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

- Create realistic Customer Success tasks for AI training and evaluation.
- Develop scenarios covering onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and customer health.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and practicality.
- Review customer success plans and communications.
- Apply evaluation rubrics and incorporate feedback to improve task quality.

Requirements

- Robust years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or client services.
- Experience managing onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals.
- Familiarity with Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of customer health, success planning, risk identification, and value realization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
