Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Document customer interactions accurately in our support system to ensure seamless follow-up and ongoing service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, or logistics to address complex issues and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggesting process enhancements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services,



and policies to provide accurate guidance at all times.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Experience

- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone based on customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently.
