The Legislative
Assembly of Ontario is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to provide expertise within the Technology Services Branch. This backfill role requires collaboration with a agile team, reporting to the Manager of Information Security. You will engage in audits, incident response, and the formulation of security policies aligned with the NIST framework. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the cybersecurity program with other government entities
- Conduct internal audits and implement security recommendations
- Investigate real-time alerts and threats
- Document the cybersecurity landscape and develop reports
- Lead architecture establishment for cybersecurity alignment Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years in cybersecurity services
- Proven experience in vulnerability assessments and incident response
- University degree in IT specialized in cybersecurity
- CISSP or equivalent qualifications
- Strong communication with senior management Contribute your cybersecurity expertise to ensure the Legislative Assembly operates securely and efficiently.
