The Cycle Counter adds value to our Customers by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inventory data by completing cycle counts and assisting in inventory reconciliations. This role involves being a positive team member by assisting in verifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure seamless operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all duties and responsibilities are completed as per Next’s Standard Operating Procedures.

- Cycle Counts: Perform daily and assigned cycle counts to verify inventory by counting assigned products and reporting any warehouse discrepancies
- Inventory Reconciliation: Review backorders, find missing inventory, and move as needed. Leave each counted location set up for the next employee’s success, using a clean-as-you-go mentality (i.e. clean, orderly, labels front facing, etc.)
- Other Duties as Assigned: As a member of the team,there may be other tasks assigned that aren’t listed above

Recommended Qualifications:

Knowledge/ Skill/ Ability Requirements:

- Basic math functions
- Basic English verbal, reading and writing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills to utilize email and Excel spreadsheets

Experience & Education:

- MHE Certification required or the ability to obtain within three months of employment.



In office training will be provided if required by the position
- High School or equivalent

Physical Demands/ Working Conditions:

- This position involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Position requires the ability to follow repetitive processes accurately
