The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Data & AI Engineer to own the end-to-end data lifecycle for our clients—from raw data ingestion, transformation, and ETL pipeline building to final executive reporting and AI-ready data modeling.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between backend data pipelines and frontend business insights. You will design, build, and optimize complete data architectures, ensuring our clients have clean, reliable data layers that power both traditional analytics dashboards and modern AI/automation engines.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Data Pipeline & ETL Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, transform, and structure raw data from disparate sources into centralized repositories.
- Analytics & Dashboarding: Develop high-impact, interactive dashboards and reports in Qlik Analytics, translating complex datasets into business-ready insights.
- AI-Ready Data Architecture: Model, structure, and clean datasets to feed downstream AI models, LLMs, and automated workflow engines.
- Data Modeling & Storage: Design efficient relational and dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas) optimized for fast querying and reporting performance.
- Data Integrity & Governance:



Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and error-handling routines to prevent data drift and ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with clients and internal technical teams to map business logic to underlying data structures, ensuring reporting aligns with executive KPIs.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data platform management, ETL development, and business intelligence.
- Qlik Expertise: Strong experience with Qlik Analytics (Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, or Qlik Data Integration), including custom scripting, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
- Data & ETL Stack: Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Hands-on experience building structured data transformation pipelines.
- Platform Perks: Familiarity or hands-on experience with contemporary analytics platforms like Omni Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong asset.
- Integration Awareness: Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and cloud data sources to pull raw data from third-party business platforms (CRMs, ERPs, financial tools).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach to debugging data discrepancies and optimizing pipeline execution speeds.

Pay: $70,359.81-$152,607.84 per year
