We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Data Entry & Shipping Assistant to join our team.

This position involves a combination of computer/data entry work and helping with packing and shipping customer orders.

Responsibilities

- Enter and update product, customer, and order information accurately
- Update products, inventory, and orders in Shopify
- Perform basic data entry and bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets and maintain organized records
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Print shipping labels and packing slips
- Help with packaging and labeling
- Organize outgoing shipments
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory
- Verify orders and shipping information for accuracy
- Assist with general office, warehouse, and administrative duties as needed

Requirements
- Good computer and typing skills




- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Shopify
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
- Able and willing to help with packing, shipping, and handling products
- Organized and able to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous data entry, e-commerce, shipping, or warehouse experience is an asset
