We are looking for an experienced IT Data Modeler with a strong background in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain. This is an excellent chance to work on enterprise data modeling initiatives supporting insurance operations, analytics, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models
- Develop data models for Policy, Claims, Billing, Customer, Broker, Risk, Coverage, and Reinsurance domains
- Build dimensional models (Star & Snowflake Schema) for reporting and analytics
- Maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries
- Support data quality, governance, database optimization, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Analytics teams

Required Skills:

- 5 years of Data Modeling and Database Design experience




- 3 years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and enterprise data structures
- Experience with Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling
- ER Modeling and Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, database normalization, and denormalization
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality
- Experience using ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or Visio

Preferred Skills:

- Azure Data Services
- Data Warehousing / Data Lake experience
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Data Governance frameworks
