Data Scientist Location: Onsite - Montreal Key Responsibilities - Design and deploy AI agents that improve workflow efficiency and scalability - Design and integrate AI agents within existing infrastructure to reduce manual intervention and increase system-level efficiency - Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy production-ready systems - Measure impact through performance, efficiency, and revenue metrics - Continuously iterate based on live data and user feedback What We’re Looking For - 1-5+ years of relevant experience in building and deploying AI-driven products or systems - Proven builder: products, systems, startups, or internal tools that shipped - Strong knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, automation pipelines, and applied AI systems - Ability to move from concept -- MVP -- production quickly - Comfort operating in ambiguity - Bias toward execution and measurable outcomes - Experience in digital media, growth, or performance-driven environments is a plus but not required.
