We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Day Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace within our facilities. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for performing commercial cleaning tasks that ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Your proactive approach will help create a positive experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily cleaning duties across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas in accordance with health standards
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to ensure optimal results
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed




- Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to report repairs or hazards promptly

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
- Flexibility to work during daytime hours with reliable attendance
