Signature Support Services provides support to people with developmental disabilities in their Residential and Day Programs. We currently have the following position open in one of our Day Program settings:

Day Program Coordinator

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Day Programs and working as a contributing member of the Day Programs Management Team this position is responsible for the coordination of services for the CCLL program. The role involves supervision of support persons and clients, program planning, team development and ensuring administrative duties are completed. They shall make every effort to respect, protect and promote clients’ rights and responsibilities, ensuring program quality and efficiency

Qualifications

- 3 years of Supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities




- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with behaviors
- Positive team player
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. This position runs Monday-Friday and is based on a 37.5-hour work week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,134.00-$73,921.00 per year
