Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts.
- Provide attentive care to children across various age groups, including toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment conducive to learning and play.




- Engage children with age-appropriate activities that foster creativity, motor skills, language development, and emotional growth.
- Monitor children during indoor and outdoor playtimes, ensuring safety protocols are followed and behaviors are managed positively.
- Help with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine caregiving tasks while respecting individual needs and schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate effectively about each child's progress, challenges, or special needs.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary.
- Assist with cleaning and disenfecting duties and meal prepartions.

Skills

- Strong communication skills: MUST BE: fluent in French or French immersion. for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members as we are a French program.

Pay: From $22.80 per hour
