Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Deck Installer to join our team in Saskatchewan. This role is vital in helping us provide top-tier exterior construction services that align with our mission of quality and customer satisfaction. The Deck Installer will contribute directly to the success of our projects and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret basic plans and layouts for deck construction
- Measure, layout, and mark deck locations accurately
- Build deck framing (beam, joist, and ledger installation)
- Install decking (pressure-treated and composite such as Eva-Last)
- Install railings (aluminum and wood), stairs, and skirting
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently




- Ensure all work meets structural requirements and high-quality finish standards
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with clients

Proven experience in deck installation or related exterior construction roles.

- Experience in deck building, carpentry, or exterior construction is preferred
- Basic understanding of framing and construction principles
- Ability to read plans and layouts
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Physically capable of working outdoors and handling materials
- Robust attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to job sites

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
