As a Deli Production Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches according to established recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-maintained.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering any questions regarding products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and preparation processes.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service within the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate measurement and transaction processing.
- Would like to have someone that has a creative mind to assemble deli trays/charcuterie boards etc.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Flexible and early start times are a must.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
