About the Role As Lead Dental Assistant Instructor, you'll play a central role in our programs — educating future dental assistants and sterilization technicians,



and serving as course director for our dental administration training. You'll equip students with the practical skills and professional confidence to deliver excellent patient care from day one.

What you'll do

- Deliver hands-on chairside training, demonstrations, and practical skill assessments
- Educate students on clinical procedures, safety standards, and aseptic protocol
- Lead instruction for sterilization technician training
- Serve as course director for the dental administration program, overseeing curriculum delivery and student progress
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to guide skill development
- Contribute to curriculum refinement and program quality as the Institute grows

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds current CDA certification in valuable standing
- Has at least 5 years of CDA experience
- Is passionate about teaching and mentoring future dental assistants and sterilization technicians
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Takes pride in delivering — and teaching — outstanding patient care
- Demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills
- (Asset) Has prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience
