Rooted Dental is a growing holistic dental practice in Toronto built around a different vision of dentistry - one that considers the connection between oral health and whole body health, prioritizes prevention, and creates an exceptional experience for both patients and our team. As we enter an exciting new stage of growth and move into our new office, we are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who wants to take real ownership of the practice and help us build what comes next.

The Role: This is not a role for someone looking simply to maintain an already established office. We are looking for a builder, leader and problem solver - someone who can take the reins of a busy practice, create structure where it is needed, and help turn our vision into a well run, thriving dental office. You will oversee the day to day operations of the practice while also helping us navigate growth, our new office, team development, hiring, budgets, systems and protocols.

The right person is highly organized but can also think on their feet and pivot quickly. You are calm, resourceful and solutions focused and you know how to distinguish between what needs your attention immediately and what can wait. What You'll Take Ownership Of managing the day to day operations of a busy dental practice creating and implementing systems, workflows and office protocols hiring, onboarding, training and supporting a strong team building a positive,



accountable and cooperative team culture managing scheduling, patient flow and overall practice efficiency overseeing budgets, expenses, purchasing and operational decisions supporting the transition into and ongoing development of our new office identifying problems before they become bigger problems and taking initiative to solve them working closely with ownership and clinical leadership to help grow the practice stepping in and helping wherever needed- especially while we build the team and establish our systems Who We’re Looking For You have previous experience managing a busy dental practice and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities while remaining organized, calm and solutions-focused.

You’re a natural leader who takes initiative, builds strong teams and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. You’re genuinely interested in wellness, holistic living and whole-body health.

Experience with holistic or biological dentistry is an asset, but genuine curiosity and alignment with our philosophy are equally important. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing practice, so we’re looking for someone who values work-life balance but also understands that flexibility comes with leadership — someone willing to stay when needed, adapt when plans change and take ownership of getting things done. Most importantly, we want someone excited to help build something exceptional, not simply maintain what already exists.
