Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in Orthodontics and Pediatrics
- Familiarity with Abeldent, Adit, HSO claims, & CDCP
- Dental Assisting experience

Duties

- Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using Abeldent.
- Handle phone inquiries, providing information about services, procedures, and office policies.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure patient confidentiality is upheld.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.




- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the front desk area.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication within the office.

Skills

- Strong administrative skills with experience in a dental office setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
