Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of dental terminology, and proficiency in dental office management software such as Open Dental.

Duties

- Manage the overall operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and dental assistants, to provide exceptional service.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification processes.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and patient care quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate referrals and ensure continuity of care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dental practices.

Experience

- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is required.




- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures is essential.
- Experience with budgeting and human resources management is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, specifically Open Dental, is highly desirable.
