We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, professional, and comfortable working in a busy dental office. Experience with Open Dental is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Manage the daily appointment schedule efficiently
- Process payments and assist with billing and dental insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information
- Coordinate treatment appointments and patient follow-ups
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and account inquiries
- Assist the dental team with administrative duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all privacy and office policies

Qualifications

- Previous dental reception or dental office experience is preferred




- Experience with Open Dental is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Skilled, positive, and friendly attitude
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination is an asset
