The Dental

Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between patients and dental staff, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Duties

- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using electronic medical records.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance information and treatment history.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to inquiries and managing appointment bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.




- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
- Address patient concerns or questions regarding treatments or billing in a professional manner.

Experience

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing office tasks.
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
