Deployment Lead – Product Launch, Conversion & Release Management

Hybrid: Toronto - 4 days a week in office

- Lead deployment planning and execution for the product launch and portfolio conversion, TSYS to TSYS.
- Own the integrated deployment plan and master activities, including workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal TD and external vendor teams.
- Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.
- Coordinate all production product launch activities, including the pilot and customer rollout.
- Manage workplace collisions across Cortez/non-Cortez workstreams.
- Oversee delivery of new product features being introduced on the target platform.
- Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting through production implementation for the product launch and conversion workstreams.
