Stephenson County is seeking a Maintenance Worker Mechanic (MWM) to perform preventative and corrective mechanical work on county equipment and vehicles. Under limited supervision, you will diagnose problems, perform routine maintenance, and manage shop stock.
Open until filled, expected about 40 hours per week with potential overtime. Must have heavy equipment or diesel repair experience or 5+ years in the field, own tools, and be available 24/7. CDL class B license required in Illinois.
