- Washing dishes
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
- Following diet binder to ensure meals served comply with the dietary restrictions..
- Assisting with cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintaining current knowledge of specialized and therapeutic diets.
- Maintaining food safe certification.
- Maintaining WHIMIS.
- Experience with batch cooking
- Ability to follow a recipe
- Ability to lead and communicate with dietary staff
- excellent knowledge of basic Canadian cuisine
Pay: $24.34 per hour
