You will have deep experience analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and actionable plans while possessing knowledge in modern development methodologies, technical governance processes and ServiceNow best practices.Future Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with clients, identify, and evaluate the underlying business goals of the clients.Architect, design, implement, and integrate ServiceNow solutions that not only meet the clients’ specific business needs, but are intuitive, easy to maintain and scale.Work closely with client stakeholders to understand the business direction, define the solution, and present the solution design and architecture aspects through presentations.Lead the design, development, testing, roll‑out, and support of innovative CHP engineersÖg solutions.Deal with a broad range of old and new technologies and recognize and exploit their advantages.Understand and advocate ITIL principles, approaches and standards across teams,



mentoring other ServiceNow team members internally and externally.Lead and build technical proposals for potential clients during the RFP process.Build demonstrations in lab instances according to specific requirements and present them to clients during RFPs.塷Required QualificationsMinimum 5–7 years of experience in ServiceNow across a variety of products, features and business/technical processes.At least seven years of experience working in the information technology sector.Solid knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture concepts, values and software development methodologies.Broad technical knowledge (e.G., applications, enterprise technology, infrastructure, telecommunications) and systems experience on multiple platforms.Hands‑on experience as a developer, system administrator, implementor or application specialist.ServiceNow certifications with project experience in such certified areas.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate ideas to technical and business audiences.Proven communication and presentation skills.CompensationCGI provides a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role: $85,000–$160,000, depending on skill level, geographic market, experience, training, licences and certifications.Life at CGI ਹੈAt CGI, we value the strength diversity brings and are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone belongs hamster.
