We are currently partnering with a leading global professional services firm to hire a Pursuits & Directories Specialist to join their Business Development & Marketing team.This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role supporting the development of high-quality pitches, proposals, and directory submissions. You’ll work closely with lawyers and internal teams to help position the firm effectively in the market and win new business.What You’ll Be DoingLead and support end-to-end pitch and proposal development (RFPs, client presentations, submissions)Draft, edit, and tailor client-facing materials to ensure high-quality, compelling contentCollaborate with lawyers and BD teams to identify win themes and develop differentiated messagingManage timelines and coordinate the full proposal lifecycle under tight deadlinesMaintain and update BD content, including experience lists and standard materialsSupport Chambers, Legal 500, and other directory submissions, including drafting and project coordinationTrack opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in proposals, pursuits,
