How would you like to work for the #1 quick service restaurant operation in the world? We currently have a 12-month contract opportunity as a Finance Consultant available in the Finance team. This position reports to the Manager and works closely with Finance Directors and key stakeholders. We are seeking a motivated professional eager to learn, develop, and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

The person in this role will have the following major responsibilities:

- Support and Accelerate Business Growth
- Analyze the impact of business initiatives on profitability and present findings to management.
- Participate in developing strategic plans at national and regional levels.
- Assess the financial viability of current and existing restaurant sites.
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and processes.
- Build financial models to identify opportunities and assess risks.
- Lead special projects with oversight from Controllers.

- Risk Management

- Monitor franchisees' financial health and provide guidance.
- Interpret industry trends and advise on risk mitigation.

- Governance





- Update and establish financial policies and standards.
- Ensure understanding and compliance among stakeholders.

- Reporting and Planning

- Monitor and report on regional and franchisee financial performance.
- Improve reporting processes.
- Prepare forecasts and projections.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; CPA designation preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst.
- Ability to independently manage finance projects.
- Proactive with a drive for improvement.
- Strong communication skills for presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Continuous learner mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
