Custom Millwork & Kitchen Cabinet Company

We are a custom millwork and kitchen cabinet company looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated person to manage our digital marketing, create content, generate leads, and help maintain our showroom presence.

This is a hands-on position. The right person will work primarily from our showroom while managing the online presence and marketing of approximately 3–4 related businesses/properties.

Main ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media

- Create photos, videos, reels, posts, stories, and other marketing content.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others where appropriate.
- Create content that showcases completed kitchens, millwork projects, before-and-after transformations, production, installations, and behind-the-scenes work.
- Visit job sites when required to photograph and video projects.
- Edit photos and short-form videos for social media and advertising.
- Maintain a regular and consistent posting schedule.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Use digital marketing to generate new customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google and Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising.
- Review advertising performance and make adjustments to improve results.
- Help create promotions, campaigns, landing-page content, and other marketing materials.
- Track where leads are coming from and which marketing activities are producing results.
- Follow up on online inquiries when required.

SEO & Website
- Maintain and improve basic website SEO.
- Create and update website content to improve Google search visibility.
- Research keywords and local search opportunities.
- Help improve Google Business profiles and online listings.
- Monitor website traffic and search performance.
- Keep project photos, company information, services, and other website content current.





Showroom & Customer Interaction This position will be based primarily in our showroom.

An important part of the role is keeping the showroom open and providing a professional first point of contact for potential customers.

Responsibilities include

- Greeting showroom walk-in customers.
- Understanding what the customer is looking for and collecting their information.
- Answering basic questions about our products and services.
- Taking down project details and passing qualified opportunities to the appropriate person.
- Responding to basic phone, email, website, and social media inquiries.
- Helping maintain a clean and professional showroom environment.

The candidate is not expected to be a kitchen designer or salesperson from day one, but should be comfortable speaking with customers and learning our products and services. Managing Multiple Online Properties The candidate will be responsible for the digital presence of approximately 3–4 businesses/properties.

The ability to organize and prioritize work between multiple brands is important.

What We Are Looking For

- Creative and comfortable creating photo and video content.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of SEO and online lead generation.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Comfortable using modern marketing and AI tools to create content efficiently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.




- Organized and able to manage several projects and brands at the same time.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Willing to travel locally to job sites to photograph and video completed or ongoing projects.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to local job sites is preferred.
- Experience with construction, renovation, kitchens, cabinetry, interior design, millwork, or home improvement is an asset but not required.

How Success Will Be Measured This is a results-focused marketing position, not simply a social media posting position.

Performance will be measured primarily by:

- Number and quality of new leads generated
- Sales opportunities created through marketing
- Growth in website traffic and Google visibility
- Social media reach, engagement, followers, and inquiries
- Performance of paid advertising campaigns
- Consistency and quality of content produced
- Growth of the company's overall online presence
- Proper tracking of marketing activities and results

Work Environment This is primarily an in-person showroom position, not a remote marketing position.

Most marketing, editing, posting, advertising, SEO, and administrative work can be completed from the showroom. This allows the employee to also keep the showroom available for potential walk-in customers.

Some local travel will be required to visit job sites, completed projects, installations, or other locations for photography and video content.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines creativity, marketing ability, organization, and customer service.

You should be comfortable spending part of your day creating and managing digital marketing and another part speaking with a customer who walks into the showroom.

The goal of this position is easy:

Create attention → generate inquiries → create qualified leads → help generate new business.

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
