REMI360 is a digital/AI-first marketing agency serving VIP clients in home services, real estate, and health, with most of our clients based in Ontario and Alberta. Small senior team, high output, heavy use of AI tools, everything runs through ClickUp on an Eastern-time rhythm.

The role

You'll be the creative production engine across 8 retained clients: monthly social content calendars (posts + reels), Meta ad creative, landing pages, print collateral, brand assets, and light video. You own your queue end to end, from brief to client approval to shipped.

Full-time role on a growing team with a structured onboarding: you'll overlap with our current senior producer for your first weeks and inherit a well-documented, AI-supported delivery system.

What you'll do

- Produce monthly social calendars (roughly 8 posts + 4 reels per client) across 8 brands with distinct voices
- Design ad creative for Meta campaigns and refresh it monthly
- Build landing pages and website page layouts
- Produce print and event collateral (brochures, banners, cards, show materials)
- Maintain and evolve client brand systems (logos, palettes, templates)
- Own client relationships day to day: present work, gather feedback, manage approvals, chase what's needed (assets, access, sign-offs), and keep clients feeling looked after
- Act as a trusted set of eyes: when something's off — a wrong number, an outdated claim, a mismatch between what we say and what's true — you flag it before the client finds it
- Keep your ClickUp queue and task notes current daily

You have

- 3+ years in agency or multi-brand design/social production, with a portfolio showing social content, ad creative,



and at least one web or print project
- Real design fundamentals: Canva and/or Adobe CC fluency, basic video/reels editing and captioning, Meta Business Suite familiarity
- Speed: you can turn a monthly calendar for one brand in 1–2 days
- Self-management in an async, ClickUp-driven remote environment
- Confident, warm, professional client communication: you can present work, take critical feedback without defensiveness, push politely for overdue approvals, and write emails that clients enjoy receiving. This is a client-facing role, not a back-room production seat
- One of the following (both are welcome, either is enough): An AI-first workflow: you already produce with tools like Manus, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Gemini Proven etc. learning velocity: you pick up current tools fast and can show it. Our whole production system is AI-powered and we will teach you the stack; what we can't teach is curiosity and speed of adoption
- Bonus: experience with Claude Code or building your own AI-assisted production pipelines

- Remote within Ontario (Eastern time); short live daily standup each weekday morning
- Full-time, permanent
- Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 ($25–$30/hr) based on experience
- Start: ASAP — paid overlap/handover with our current senior producer
