This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Education Customer Success Consultant, you'll engage with prospective clients interested in personal and professional development programs.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting scheduled phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients
- Introducing individuals to relevant digital education and personal development programs
- Understanding individual interests, goals, and development needs
- Building relationships and providing consistent follow-up
- Guiding interested individuals through the information and enrollment process
- Using established communication and marketing processes
- Managing conversations, activities, and follow-up through digital tools and systems

The role combines customer engagement, relationship building, communication, and consultative conversations.



You'll focus on understanding individual interests and providing information that helps prospective clients determine whether available programs are appropriate for them.

We're looking for an individual who:

- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys connecting with and supporting others
- Brings professional, business, consulting, or client-facing experience
- Is comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
- Has an interest in leadership, personal development, and continued learning
- Is self-motivated and comfortable working toward individual results

Experience in customer success, account management, consulting, recruitment, sales, business development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or similar professional environments can be beneficial. Specific digital education experience is not required. Training and mentorship are provided.

Training & Support

You'll have access to comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training, established communication systems, digital marketing tools and resources, personal and leadership development programs, continued mentorship, and an international professional community.

Compensation

This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only opportunity under a self-employed, independent contractor structure.

Compensation is based on individual results within an established compensation plan. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage.
