You will have responsibilities assisting in the creation of merchandising content, and contributing to performance marketing to drive business growth. You will use your robust analytical skills, curiosity, and detail-oriented nature to support our product marketing and digital content efforts. This role is hands‑on: you’ll work on real initiatives that directly impact how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase our products online.Job DutiesCreating and maintaining on‑site content (product pages, comparison tools, guides, blog posts, and promotional messaging) to drive conversion and customer clarityConducting research and gathering inputs to inform content, aligning messaging with customer needs and business objectivesSupporting product launches and campaign execution ensuring alignment with timelines and brand standardsAssisting the team with performance analysis by tracking conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics,
and preparing clear reporting summariesConducting analysis to identify opportunities in positioning, pricing, and merchandisingCollaborating with cross‑functional teams (creative, IT, brand, advertising, and customer service) to execute campaigns and deliver content updatesSupporting on‑site merchandising and optimisation initiatives, including pricing updates, promotional placements, and A/B testing to improve the customer journeyQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a post‑secondary program in Business, Communications, Journalism or a related fieldHaving prior internship, co‑op, or relevant project experience (considered an asset)SkillsWriting clear, persuasive marketing copy across digital formats (product pages, landing pages, emails, and promotional content)Adapting tone and messaging to align with brand guidelines and target audiencesDemonstrating strong written communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify and clearly convey complex ideasShowing a clear interest in e‑commerce, product marketing, and digital customer experienceBringing an analytical mindset, with exposure to working with data and performance metricsDemonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environmentExhibiting a collaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach to workUsing Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data analysis and reportingWorking with content management systems (CMS) or similar digital tools (considered an asset)Communicating effectively across cross‑functional teams (creative, development, marketing)Organising tasks and managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
