RBC Capital Markets is seeking a Vice President to join the Syndicated & Leveraged Finance team in Toronto. You will lead financial analysis, perform due diligence, and own execution of syndicated loan financings for M&A, LBOs, and project finance, while mentoring junior staff.

You will synthesize market themes for client teams, prepare pitches, and collaborate across IB groups to deliver holistic financing solutions. A robust background in investment banking and financial markets is essential.
