This role encompasses full lifecycle responsibility for software delivery, support, and maintenance across multiple complex platforms serving 5 Lines of Business with 99.5% availability targets. This role encompasses full lifecycle responsibility for software delivery, support, and maintenance across multiple complex platforms serving 5 Lines of Business with 99.5% availability targets. Partners with senior business leaders and Lines of Business to understand strategic objectives and align enterprise integration solutions to meet evolving business and operational needs. Makes independent decisions on program, technical, and operational strategy for the integration platform portfolio, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship through senior managers and managers.

Sets strategic direction for platform operations and modernization, receiving high-level guidance from senior leaders. Drives innovation across areas of responsibility, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, modernization, and solving highly complex technical problems related to platform engineering and integration.

Software

Delivery & Vendor Partnerships Directs the delivery of software solutions across vendor platforms (20+ strategic relationships including TransUnion, Equifax, IBM, Salesforce, FICO, and others), ensuring seamless integration and value realization. Manages vendor relationships, release coordination,



and connection management to ensure timely and quality delivery of platform capabilities. Directs comprehensive support and maintenance activities across the DAP portfolio, ensuring 99.5% availability and optimal performance of production services.

Ensures compliance with SLAs and manages escalation protocols for complex technical issues. Develops team capabilities through coaching, knowledge transfer, and professional development opportunities. Ensures clear accountability and performance management across all team members.
