• Deliver safe nursing care centred on resident preferences
• Conduct assessments and modify care plans based on needs
• Document health changes and communicate effectively with families
• Maintain CNO standards with thorough documentation
• Guide and support PSWs while promoting teamwork
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with Ontario's CNO
• CPR/BLS certification is current
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with interRAI documentation processes
