This position offers an chance to join our dedicated teams focusing on property and society accounting. We value analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication. The successful candidate will assist in accounts receivable and payable, create monthly reports, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of property accounting including AR/AP
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and explain variances
• Assist with year-end audited financial statements




• Communicate financial insights to Property Managers
• Handle monthly society/corporate accounting chargebacks
Requirements:
• Experience as a Property Accountant or similar role
• CPA designation or in progress is an asset
• Familiarity with Yardi property management software
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience in non-profits a plus
