Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly sanitized and available for food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a smooth hospitality operation.

Experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is a plus but not required. This position offers an chance to be part of a dynamic team committed to excellent customer service and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Ensure all items are sanitized, properly stored, and readily available for staff use
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and adhere to health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning workstations




- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing dish flow efficiently
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a clean environment

Requirements

- Prior experience in food handling, restaurant service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support other staff members as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the operation
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.20-$23.50 per hour
