We are at Broadway location (201, 950 Broadway) and we are currently hiring for Dishwasher/ Kitchen (back of house) positions. Available Positions:

- Dishwasher and Kitchen Staff (Back of House)

Requirements for Kitchen Staff:

- Kitchen/restaurant experience preferred.
- Heavy stuff lifting outfit
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes, preparation, and safety standards.

Duties

- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling and storage.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective kitchen operations during busy service periods.
- Help manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to management.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to food preparation and safety practices.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and providing an excellent dining experience for guests.
