Renee’s Sandwich Shop is growing, and with a new location opening soon, we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Cleaning Team Member to join our crew.

We’re a high-energy, fast-paced sandwich shop with a team that genuinely works well together. We take a lot of pride in the food we serve, the space we work in, and the atmosphere we’ve built. We’re looking for someone who appreciates teamwork, can take direction, and understands how important a clean and organized kitchen is to a successful restaurant.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Washing dishes, utensils, trays, kitchen equipment and other restaurant items
- Keeping the dish area clean, organized and running efficiently
- Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment and kitchen areas
- Sweeping, mopping and maintaining floors
- Emptying garbage, recycling and cardboard
- Following proper sanitation and food-safety procedures
- Keeping cleaning supplies organized and properly stocked
- Helping maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Supporting the kitchen and service team when needed
- Following closing and cleaning procedures
- Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and shows up ready to work
- Has previous dishwashing, restaurant cleaning, sanitation or similar experience
- Understands proper cleaning and sanitation standards
- Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant




- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
- Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
- Can follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
- Has good attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team
- Is comfortable being on their feet and performing physical work throughout the shift
- Can safely lift, carry and move typical restaurant supplies and equipment
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to jump in when the team needs help

Pay & Hours

- Starting wage: $18–$19/hour, depending on experience
- Room to grow
- Dishwashers receive tips too!
- Part-time and full-time hours available
- Looking for someone who can start right away
