Duties

- Responsible for load booking
- Coordinate and schedule freight loads efficiently by liaising with carriers, customers, and internal teams .
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to secure optimal pricing while maintaining positive relationships.
- Manage customer accounts through effective communication, ensuring their shipping needs are met with precision.
- Utilize logistics software systems to enter booked and upcoming loads
- Maintain comprehensive records of load bookings, carrier information, and shipment details to support supply chain transparency.




- Collaborate with 3PL providers (Third-Party Logistics) to streamline freight management processes and resolve any issues promptly.
- Engage in inside sales activities by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and expanding client relationships through B2B sales strategies.

Requirements

- Proven 1 year experience in dispatching, load booking
- Robust negotiation skills to secure favorable rates and terms with carriers and clients.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Familiarity with freight management systems and software
- Knowledge of 3PL operations, B2B sales practices
- Ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of supply chain logistics, inside sales techniques, and freight industry standards is a plus.
