Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. is an industrial, commercial and institutional multi-trade contractor specializing in millwrighting, rigging, electrical, piping, fabrication, structural, sheet metal & HVAC installations and repairs. We are a 24/7 company with a demanding customer base.
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and reliable Operations & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the central hub for field operations— safety compliance, managing field worker schedules, project manager coordination, and emergency response. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and ensures safety and operational efficiency at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance & Site Training:
- Monitor, track, and maintain all current and expiring safety tickets/certifications.
- Proactively contact employees to ensure all safety credentials remain up to date.
- Coordinate and set up site-specific training programs for field personnel.
- Dispatch & Workforce Scheduling:
- Efficiently dispatch field workers to various job sites daily.
- Manage and track field worker days off, vacation time, and availability.
- Project & Shutdown Coordination:
- Partner with Project Managers to form crew assignments and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
- Pre-organize and plan upcoming plant or facility shutdowns in collaboration with Project Managers.
- On-Call & Emergency Coverage:
- Receive and make after-hours calls during weekdays and weekends to manage unexpected workforce needs or equipment breakdowns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 years in safety coordination, dispatch, or operational support (construction, industrial, or field service industry preferred).
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety certifications, site-specific training protocols, and compliance standards.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable reaching out to workers and leadership directly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected equipment breakdowns or coverage gaps calmly and effectively after hours.
- Organization: Proficient in Excel with Strong administrative skills and a high attention to detail for tracking certifications, schedules
