About the Company

Our client is a well-established quick-service restaurant organization with a strong presence across Canada. They are looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations, support Restaurant General Managers, drive operational performance, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple restaurant locations within an assigned district
- Coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
- Drive sales growth, profitability, labour management, food cost control, and overall restaurant performance
- Ensure restaurants consistently meet operational, food safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards
- Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational assessments, and performance reviews
- Partner with Restaurant General Managers on staffing, recruitment, retention, succession planning, and team development
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to address performance gaps
- Support new restaurant openings, leadership transitions, and other operational initiatives as required

Qualifications

- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience,



preferably within QSR or quick-casual environments
- Previous experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar operational leadership role
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, labour management, and cost controls
- Proven experience coaching and developing Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
- Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field is considered an asset

Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary based on experience
- Mileage or travel reimbursement for business-related travel
- Performance-based incentive opportunities may be available
