Responsibilities

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being well informed about all products offered.
- Make sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and meet operational expectations.
- Maintain personal and productivity goals
- Connect with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
- Ability to learn and share product and trend expertise to meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products through product training.
- Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager use social media.

Qualifications

- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve excellent results thanks to his or her enthusiasm for running.
- Autonomous, able to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Adaptable availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
