You Are UST is searching for an experienced DocuSign Application Specialist to support and administer DocuSign as an enterprise-level e-signature platform, including integrations, validation, and global business support. This role will play a key part in transition from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign and will ensure secure, compliant, and scalable eSignature solutions across regulated environments The Opportunity

- Administer, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature (and CLM, if applicable) in an enterprise environment
- Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, PowerForms, envelopes, and reporting
- Develop and support DocuSign APIs and OOTB integrations with enterprise platforms such as: CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
- Document management systems Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
- Configure and support SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth) for DocuSign
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and implement solutions
- Coordinate with DocuSign vendor support to open, track, and resolve tickets
- Support change management, releases, and platform upgrades
- Ensure compliance with validated system requirements (21 CFR Part 11) including documentation, audit readiness, and electronic signature controls
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Support migration activities from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign
- Proactively promote best practices and continuously improve platform stability and user adoption

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms, with strong hands-on DocuSign experience
- Deep expertise in: DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting DocuSign Admin Console and account configuration
- Experience integrating DocuSign using: REST APIs JSON, XML (XSD/XSLT knowledge preferred) Experience configuring SSO (SAML 2.0 / OAuth) for enterprise applications
- Strong experience working in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11) — mandatory
- Experience supporting enterprise applications across UNIX and Windows platforms, including log analysis
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

- Experience migrating from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign Exposure to GxP systems beyond Part 11

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote - Canada Compensation Range : $95,000-$119,000

Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
