Position 1: DocuSign CLM Consultant

We have a need for a DocuSign CLM functional Consultant to help on a client engagement to Support the implementation and optimization of DocuSign CLM solutions by gathering business requirements, configuring workflows, and ensuring the platform meets contract lifecycle management needs. The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for DocuSign CLM solutions.
- Configure contract workflows, approval processes, templates, and business rules within DocuSign CLM.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend CLM best practices and improvements.
- Facilitate workshops with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders.
- Develop functional specifications and support solution design activities.
- Execute and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Deliver user training and assist with change management and adoption activities.

Requirements

- Min. 3 years of hands-on functional experience with DocuSign CLM.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and workflows.
- Experience eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience configuring DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, and approval structures.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

We have a need for a DocuSign CLM Architect to help on a client engagement to lead the design and implementation of DocuSign CLM solutions. The architect will work with business and technical stakeholders to optimize contract lifecycle processes, define solution architecture, and ensure successful integration with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design enterprise-wide DocuSign CLM and e-signature solutions.
- Lead solution workshops to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Design and configure contract workflows, approval processes, and document automation.
- Define integration strategies with enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, document management systems).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, governance, and compliance requirements are met.
- Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation optimization activities.

Requirements

- Min. 5 years of hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM implementations and architecture.
- Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end DocuSign CLM deployment.
- Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs and enterprise integration platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple business units.
